RICHMOND, VA: Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of four transactions totaling 17,574 square feet of office space in central Virginia.

Lease Transactions

UZURV Holdings leased 7,954 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased One Monument Avenue located at 413 Stuart Circle in Richmond. Eric Hammond represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Buffalo Distro Group leased 5,575 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased James River Petroleum Building located at 10487 Lakeridge Parkway in Ashland, Va. Eric Hammond represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Old Dominion Pediatrics leased of 2,645 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Fountain Park located at 9323 Midlothian Turnpike in Richmond. Eric Hammond, Laikyn Severson and John Madures represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Lease Renewal

Sally Beauty Supply renewed its lease for 1,400 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Waynesboro Town Center located at 740 Town Center Drive in Waynesboro, Va. Brett McNamee, Ali McCrickard and Laikyn Severson represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in Waynesboro Town Center include: Ross Dress for Less, Michael’s, PetSmart, Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, Bath & Body Works, LOFT, America’s Best and Rack Room Shoes.
