TYSONS CORNER, VIRGINIA: Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of six transactions totaling 9,880 square feet of sold and leased retail and office space in the greater Washington, DC area.
Keene Company, Inc. purchased the 2,123-square-foot former PNC Bank branch located at 3707 Norrisville Road in Jarrettsville, Maryland from PNC Bank, National Association for $550,500. Joseph Farina and Amit Grover represented the seller in the negotiations. In recent years, Divaris Real Estate has completed over 30 dispositions of surplus properties on behalf of PNC Bank.
Ibrar leased 2,000 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Church Road Plaza located at 45665 West Church Road in Sterling, Va. Robert Gray and Tony Thur represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in Church Road Plaza include: Joe’s Café, Just Chicken, PC & Mobile, Capital Massage, Oriental Express and Deli’cioso.
Active Physical Therapy leased 1,430 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Brookland Center located at 3742 10th St., NE in Washington, DC. Joe Farina and Brandon Howard represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in Brookland Center include Brookland Market, RCN, District Veterinary Hospital, America’s Best Wings, Pizza Boli’s and Capital City Organics.
BBAB Management leased 1,327 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased property located at 123 South Fayette St. in Alexandria, Va. Joseph Farina and Cassandra Maloney represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
PNC Bank, NA renewed its lease for 3,000 square feet in Ridgeville Plaza located at 206 East Ridgeville Blvd. in Mount Airy, Md. Joseph Farina and Amit Grover represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
GreenDrop Realty renewed its lease for a mobile charity unit in the parking lot of Saratoga Shopping Center located at 8040-8090 Rolling Road in Springfield, Va. Joseph Farina and Tony Thur represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
