As a Senior Property Manager at Divaris Property Management, Chelsea brings extensive expertise in overseeing a diverse portfolio of office, retail, and industrial properties. She is responsible for all aspects of property management, including tenant relations, building maintenance, financial oversight, and the many day-to-day details that ensure her properties operate at the highest standard.
Prior to joining Divaris, Chelsea served as an Assistant Property Manager with SugarOak Holdings in Herndon, VA, where she gained valuable experience managing both retail and office assets.
Her career in commercial real estate began as an intern with the Rappaport Companies while attending Radford University, providing her with a strong foundation in the industry. In 2022, Chelsea further advanced her professional credentials by earning the Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM) designation from IREM.
