As a Senior Property Manager for the Divaris Real Estate, Inc. office in Washington D.C., Chelsea oversees property management for office, retail and industrial properties. Her responsibilities include tenant relations, building maintenance, property management, and other encompassing tasks needed for her properties.
Before coming to Divaris, Chelsea was an assistant property manager at SugarOak Holdings located in Herndon, VA. There she focused heavily on the management of retail and office buildings.
Chelsea started her career as an intern with the Rappaport Companies while attending Radford University. In 2022 she achieved her Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM) designation from IREM.
