As a Senior Property Manager with Divaris Property Management Corp (DPMC), Dawn oversees a mixed portfolio of office and retail tenants across the Hampton Roads region. Her responsibilities include property administration, tenant relations, building maintenance, financial budgeting along with overseeing capital and tenant improvements for the overall operational success of her portfolio.
Dawn joined Divaris in May 2022. She has over 30 years of experience in the industry. She brings with her 25 years of experience from Harvey Lindsay Commercial Real Estate in Virginia Beach, where she built a thorough knowledge and experience in successful management of office buildings, retail, and industrial portfolios. She studied at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, where she graduated with a BS in Psychology and Business Administration.
