Diana Teitsma serves as Senior Vice President at the Divaris Real Estate office in Charlotte, North Carolina. She began her career in commercial real estate in 1995 at Currier Properties, a Charlotte brokerage firm with national accounts, working on dispositions and tenant representation. In 2006, Divaris Real Estate, Inc. pursued her to become principal of the Charlotte office.
As past principal of the office, her duties included bringing in new business to both leasing and property management divisions and overseeing each group. She now continues to work with long-term clients on the acquisition side, as well as disposition side, through sales, leasing or subleasing. Her work extends throughout all of North and South Carolina, where she’s licensed in both states.
Achievements include CoStar Power Broker awards annually since 2007, Divaris Real Estate Chairman’s Award in 2010, Divaris Associate of the Year in 2011, Divaris Bronze Circle of Excellence and S.T.A.R. Awards in 2012, and Divaris Silver Circle of Excellence in 2013 and Divaris Gold Circle of Excellence in 2016.
Diana’s outside interests include fitness, tennis, cooking and gardening. Her family consists of husband, Jack; two children, two step-children and four grandchildren.
Memberships and Associations
She is a long time member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and has served on the Charlotte Idea Exchange Committee for over nine years.
