As a Property Manager for Divaris Real Estate, Inc., Giovanna oversees a portfolio of retail and mixed-use properties throughout Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C. She is responsible for building operations, financial oversight, budgeting, tenant and vendor relations, maintenance coordination, and capital projects, ensuring properties operate efficiently while supporting tenant satisfaction and ownership objectives.
With more than 20 years of experience in residential, multifamily, and commercial property management, Giovanna brings extensive expertise in portfolio operations, team leadership, client relations, and asset performance. Prior to joining Divaris, she worked with Volition, overseeing a federally contracted commercial portfolio totaling approximately 1 million square feet and serving 72 business tenants. Her experience includes financial management, revenue growth, tenant retention, and implementing operational strategies that maximize property value.
Giovanna earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Houston. She is recognized for her results-driven approach, strong communication skills, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients and tenants.

Giovanna is actively involved in supporting individuals experiencing homelessness and those in need through soup kitchen volunteerism, annual sock drives, and donations of blankets and essential care packages. She is passionate about giving back to her community and making a positive difference in the lives of others.
