As a Property Manager for Divaris Real Estate, Inc., Greg oversees a portfolio of office, retail, and mixed-use properties within the Town Center of Virginia Beach. He is responsible for day-to-day property operations, including building maintenance, annual budgeting, monthly financial reporting, vendor contract negotiations, tenant relations, and capital improvement planning.
Prior to joining Divaris, Greg served as a Property Manager at Stanton Partners where he oversaw a diverse portfolio consisting primarily of retail shopping centers, along with a medical office building and several property owners’ associations. In that role, he strengthened tenant satisfaction through proactive service and introduced operational efficiencies that improved overall property performance.
Greg holds an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management from Tidewater Community College. He also plans to pursue his Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
