A Virginia Beach native, Jessica graduated from Old Dominion University with a Bachelor’s in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate. After participating in the Hampton Roads Association for Commercial Real Estate’s (HRACRE) 2019 summer internship program, she gained a comprehensive view of the Commercial Real Estate community in Hampton Roads. Since joining Divaris Real Estate in October 2019, Jessica has been working with the commercial office Team by providing research data, creating and implementing marketing plans, building and tenant databases, creating competition reports and interpreting demographics and project management. Currently she is working with senior agents focusing on a 22 building portfolio of Class A Office buildings throughout the Hampton Roads market.
