Kris Fuller specializes in retail landlord representation with a primary focus on power centers and grocery anchored shopping centers throughout Virginia. He currently oversees a leasing portfolio totaling approximately 1.2 million square feet of gross leasable area, anchored by leading national retailers such as Whole Foods, Target, Walmart, Home Depot, Best Buy, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Kroger, Harris Teeter, and Food Lion. Kris partners with public and private shopping center investment companies to develop and execute strategic leasing and sales plans that drive asset value at the property level.

Known for his transactional expertise, attention to detail, and use of emerging technology, Kris has earned a reputation for outstanding client service. His leasing success includes shopping centers like Salem Crossing, Chesapeake Commons, Princess Anne Marketplace, and Parkway Marketplace. Recently, he expanded into tenant representation, contributing to the regional growth of Dutch Bros Coffee through a collaborative team-leasing approach.

Prior to joining Divaris, Kris worked as a commercial lease administrator for Wheeler REIT, a publicly traded real estate investment trust specializing in grocery-anchored shopping centers. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Finance from Old Dominion University.
