Kris Fuller specializes in retail landlord representation with a primary focus on power centers and grocery anchored shopping centers in Virginia. Kris’ leasing portfolio totals approximately 1.2 million square feet of gross leasable area anchored by national retailers such as Whole Foods, Target, Walmart, Home Depot, Best Buy, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Kroger, Harris Teeter, and Food Lion. Kris helps public and private shopping center investment companies develop and execute specialized leasing and sales strategies proven to increase asset value at the property level.

Prior to joining Divaris, Kristopher was a commercial lease administrator for Wheeler REIT, a publicly traded real estate investment trust specializing in grocery anchored shopping centers.

Kris holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Old Dominion University and is a licensed real estate salesperson in Virginia. Kris is recognized by Divaris as the recipient of the 2018 “Rookie of the Year” award and is a Divaris Real Estate Silver Circle of Excellence recipient (’21, ’22, and ’23).
