Levi is an Executive Vice President and Associate Broker at Divaris Real Estate, Inc. in Virginia Beach, specializing in retail commercial properties for 23 years. He primarily represents retail landlords and tenants across Hampton Roads, VA, and northeast NC. His expertise includes pre-leasing new retail developments, selling undeveloped land, and securing sites for clients interested in purchasing or ground-leasing property for development.

Some of his previous assignments include pre-leasing Hampton Roads Crossing (225,000 SF, anchored by Kroger Marketplace), re-tenanting Pembroke Mall (Target, Sears, Kohl’s), and leasing Landstown Commons (500,000 SF, Kohl’s, Bed Bath & Beyond, Best Buy). He has also managed property dispositions for SuperValu (Farm Fresh), Kroger, Rite Aid, Bank of Hampton Roads, and Towne Bank. Levi has also represented the Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing Authority and Portsmouth Economic Development Authority in listing land for sale to developers and retailers.

His client roster includes The Miller Group, American Commercial Realty, Red Mountain Group, Elias Properties, Best Buy, Rite Aid, Taco Bell, Bojangles, O’Reilly Auto Parts, Wingstop and Dutch Bros Coffee as well as a number of other private investors.

Recognized for his performance, Levi has earned multiple awards, including CoStar Power Broker Awards, Divaris Real Estate’s Platinum and Gold Circle of Excellence, and Hampton Roads Commercial Alliance Sales and Leasing Awards.

Before joining Divaris in 2002, Levi worked as an Investment Consultant at SunTrust Securities and previously as a Financial Consultant at Merrill Lynch.

Levi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Financial Management Major from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia.

Levi is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and has served as a member of the Norfolk Sertoma Club, Charity Kicks and the Downtown Norfolk Council’s Downtown 100 Business Retention Committee.
