Levi is a Senior Vice President and Associate Broker specializing in retail commercial property at Divaris Real Estate, Inc.’s corporate office in Virginia Beach where for the past 18 years he primarily focuses on the representation of retail landlords and tenants throughout the Hampton Roads area of southeastern Virginia, as well portions of northeast North Carolina. Much of his recent work has focused on pre-leasing new retail developments ranging from freestanding, single-tenant sites to regional, multi-tenant power centers, selling undeveloped land, and locating sites for clients interested in purchasing, or ground leasing land for ground-up development.
Some of Levi’s assignments include: pre-leasing Hampton Roads Crossing (225,000 SF anchored by Kroger Marketplace), re-tenanting Pembroke Mall (anchored by Target, Sears and Kohl’s), the leasing of Landstown Commons (500,000 SF anchored by Kohl’s, Bed Bath & Beyond, and Best Buy) in Virginia Beach, disposition of excess properties for SuperValu (Farm Fresh), Kroger, Rite Aid, Bank of Hampton Roads, and Atlanta Bread.
Levi represents Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing Authority and Portsmouth Economic Development Authority with the listing of a number of land parcels they wish to sell to developers and/or retailers with the goal of increasing the quality of the retail product in the City of Portsmouth. Some of Levi’s other client’s include The Miller Group, American Commercial Realty, Elias Properties, Best Buy, Rite Aid, Taco Bell, Firehouse Subs, and Bickford Senior Living.
Levi has won numerous performance awards. Most recently these include the 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 Power Broker Award from the CoStar Group for being ranked among Hampton Roads top brokers in retail leasing transaction volume; Divaris Real Estate’s 2015, 2018, and 2019 Platinum Circle of Excellence for gross billings, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2013, and 2017 Gold Circle of Excellence, 2006, 2012, and 2016 Silver Circle of Excellence, and Hampton Roads Commercial Alliance 2013, 2018 and 2019 Gold, 2010, 2012, 2013, and 2016 Silver Commercial Sales and Leasing Achievement Award.
Prior to joining Divaris Real Estate, Inc. in 2002 Levi held the position of Investment Consultant with SunTrust Securities, Inc. where he worked directly with a Senior Investment Consultant. Prior to working for SunTrust, Levi held a position with Merrill Lynch as a Financial Consultant.
Levi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Financial Management Major from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia.
