With seven years of real estate experience, Libby brings a well-rounded operational background spanning residential and commercial property management. Beginning her career with Real Property Management, she specialized in single-family home account management and team operations, before advancing to Director of Operations and Property Manager at Triton Property Management. There, she managed multi-family and commercial properties and gained experience in contract negotiation, compliance, leasing, maintenance coordination, client relations, financial reporting, and team oversight.
Libby earned a Bachelor of Arts in Production Management from Mary Baldwin University, where she served as a Production Stage Manager overseeing budgets, schedules, and logistics for multiple performances. Her early experience coordinating complex projects and working with diverse groups provided a strong foundation for her work in property management.
