Lisa is a Property Manager for Divaris Real Estate, Inc., and is responsible for tenant/vendor relations, day-to-day maintenance, financials/budgets, and capital improvements for several office buildings and retail centers throughout the Carolinas.
Lisa has over 18 years of experience in the management and operations of office, retail, and flex properties to include first party, third party and facilities management. Prior to joining Divaris, Lisa was a Property Manager for 13 years with CBRE. She managed over 2 million square feet of office, retail and flex space throughout SC, NC and TN. Prior to CBRE, Lisa was a Facility Manager for ANC (Alamo, National, CarTemps) for over two years where she oversaw the day-to-day maintenance of their Boca Raton facility, Ft. Lauderdale data center and Downtown Ft. Lauderdale corporate offices.
Lisa began her career in first party property management as a Property Administrator for Gaedeke Landers for 3 years. Her focus was on Tenant Relations for their Boca Raton and Ft. Lauderdale Class A office buildings.
