Marci Phillips serves as Senior Vice President at Divaris’ Real Estate, Inc.’s corporate office in Virginia Beach, specializing in office, medical, retail leasing and tenant representation. She began her commercial real estate career in 1994 and brings over 31 years of experience with a proven record in third-party landlord representation for national REITs, institution owners, and local investors.
Before joining Divaris, Marci served as Senior Vice President of Leasing with Madison Marquette Real Estate, Inc. (formerly PM Realty Group) in Houston, Texas, for more than 23 years. There, she was responsible for leasing a 1.8 million sq. ft. portfolio of office, retail, medical and industrial properties, led marketing initiatives, and acted as the as exclusive landlord representative.
