Rachel is the Real Estate Analyst and licensed agent dedicated to Divaris’ account with the Commonwealth of Virginia’s Department of General Services (DGS) and its Division of Real Estate Services (DRES) for Virginia’s portfolio of leased and owned property. Rachel focuses on brokerage support services and provides commercial market data for office, retail, and industrial sectors across the Commonwealth.

Rachel collaboratively supports the goals of the Commonwealth’s Real Estate team by providing transaction management, research, marketing, and analytical and financial analysis.
Prior to joining Divaris, Rachel held the position of Real Estate Intern with DGS, where she was engaged in various leased and owned projects and trained in the Commonwealth’s internal processes. She has held roles with the Greater Richmond Partnership (GRP) as a business development intern, and at Virginia Commonwealth University as a Business Calculus and Business Algebra tutor, where she was passionate about contributing to the academic success of university business students.

Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and a minor in Entrepreneurship from Virginia Commonwealth University’s School of Business. During her time at VCU, Rachel participated as Team Leader in the Urban Land Institute UrbanPlan redevelopment competition where her team won first place. She is a past president of Rho Epsilon Professional Real Estate Association. Her dedication and passion for the industry led to her being the recipient of the Commercial Real Estate Women’s Marcy Handshaw Scholarship, A Kemp Rowe Scholarship, James H Boykin Scholarship, Institute of Real Estate Management Scholarship, Sam Kornblau Scholarship, Real Estate Circle of Excellence Scholarship, VA Association of Realtors Scholarship, and numerous Academic Achievement Awards. She is currently an active member of the Greater Richmond Association for Commercial Real Estate (GRACRE) and the Young Professionals group and continues to volunteer her time to the VCU Kornblau Real Estate Program.
