Rachel is an Associate based in the Richmond office of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. and specializes in retail sales and leasing. Working closely with other experienced Divaris team members, Rachel provides comprehensive client representation, lease and sales contract negotiations, and in-depth market research and analysis.
Originally joining Divaris in 2022 as an Analyst, Rachel exclusively supported the Commonwealth of Virginia’s Department of General Services and its Division of Real Estate Services for Virginia’s portfolio of leased and owned property. Prior to Divaris, Rachel spent a decade in the Hospitality Industry which shaped her client-oriented approach to business. She has also completed internships with the Commonwealth’s real estate division and the Greater Richmond Partnership (GRP).
Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and a minor in Entrepreneurship from Virginia Commonwealth University’s School of Business.
