As Regional Engineering Supervisor for Divaris Real Estate, Inc., Vasiliy oversees the engineering department for an extensive portfolio covering a wide range of properties in the DMV area. He is responsible for the oversight of all property operations and maintenance including general building maintenance, tenant improvement projects, major facilities upgrades/repairs, capital expense projections/budgeting, and vendor auditing/oversight. He is also in charge of the department’s operational logistics which includes developing operational policies and procedures, talent development and retention, scheduling, and staffing, as well as tracking on-site productivity.
Vasiliy has over 12 years of experience in the maintenance and operations of commercial office, retail, and industrial properties. Prior to joining Divaris, Vasiliy was the Chief Engineer with Edge Commercial Real Estate.
