Divaris Real Estate’s Charlotte Office Completes Five Transactions Totaling 23,652 Square Feet

CHARLOTTE, NORTH CAROLINA: Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of five lease transactions totaling 23,652 square feet of new and renewed commercial space in North Carolina.

Petco renews lease in Wendover Village in Greensboro, NC

Petco renews lease in Wendover Village in Greensboro, NC

Petco renewed its lease for 15,000 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Wendover Village located at 4217 West Wendover Avenue in Greensboro, NC.  Charles Neil represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.  Other tenants in the shopping center include Costco, T.J. Maxx, Golfsmith, Bed Bath & Beyond, Rooms to Go Kids, Game Stop and Five Below.

Panera renewed its lease for 4,593 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Patterson Place located at 3603 Witherspoon Boulevard in Durham, NC.  Charles Neil and Diana Teitsma represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.  Other tenants in Patterson Place include One Main Financial, F45 Training and Park’s Barber Shop.

Ballentyne Nail Spa renewed its lease for 1,405 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Providence Plaza located at 2935 Providence Road in Charlotte.  Charles Neil represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.  Other tenants of Providence Plaza include:  Mezzanote, Juice Bar of Charlotte, Flywheel, Massage Envy, Aqua Tots and Chipotle.

Cold Stone Creamery renewed its lease for 1,304 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Wendover Village located at 4203 West Wendover Avenue in Greensboro, NC.  Charles Neil represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Lease Transactions

Choate Construction Company leased 1,350 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Providence Plaza located at 2907 Providence Road in Charlotte.  Charles Neil represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.  Choate is expanding its space within the building.  Other tenants of Providence Plaza include:  Burley Dentistry, Redding Tison & Jones Law Firm, Cranfill Sumner & Hartzog, LLP, Medalist Capital, WBM Designs and Divaris Real Estate.
