RICHMOND, VA (January 22, 2020) – Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of three transactions totaling 13,441 square feet of leased retail and office space in Central Virginia.
Lease Transactions
Foot Locker leased 7,578 square feet of retail space in White Oak Village located at 4521-4571 South Laburnum Ave. in Henrico County. Erica Rorrer and Ali McCrickard represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Rorrer and McCrickard represent Foot Locker in its search for new sites throughout Hampton Roads and Richmond. The White Oak Village store is the first store for the company on the east side of Richmond and will be a new prototype with a Foot Locker and a Kids Footlocker side by side with shared back of house. The sportswear/footwear retailer is relocating into traditional shopping centers and is aggressively seeking new sites throughout the Richmond metropolitan area.
Capital Eye Care Doctors of Optometry leased 3,404 square feet of office space in Libbie Mill Midtown – Penstock Quarter located at 5001 Libbie Mill East Blvd. in Richmond. The Richmond office of Divaris Real Estate represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
LHO Solutions leased 2,459 square feet of office space located at 1106-1108 East Main St. in Richmond. Laikyn Severson represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
