As Regional Property Manager for Divaris Real Estate, Tyler oversees the day-to-day asset and property management functions for a portfolio of commercial office and retail buildings situated throughout Hampton Roads. His emphasis includes increasing the operating efficiency of buildings with the implementation and management of innovative asset management protocols, addressing the day-to-day needs of clients and increasing the value of assets for building owners and investors.
Prior to joining Divaris in 2017, Tyler worked in the Oregon Law Enforcement field for 15 years as a Deputy Sheriff. The effective communication and problem-solving skills, as well as having the capacity for compassion and respect have assisted in the transition into property management.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Ashford University in San Diego, California. He is proficient in budget and Yardi accounting software. Tyler is a BOMA Member working towards an RPA Designation.
