As the Regional Property Manager for the Carolinas, Keirstin oversees a portfolio of retail and office tenants. Her responsibilities include supervising a team of property managers within her region, directly managing her own portfolio of properties, financial budgeting for all properties and growth and development of her team.
Keirstin joined Divaris in June 2021. She brings with her over 20 years of experience in all different facets of property management operations, from residential to corporate and also commercial. She has extensive knowledge and experience in property and lease administration, accounting and real estate analysis.
Prior to joining Divaris, Keirstin was Assistant Vice President, Property Administration Manager for First Citizens Bank & Trust in Raleigh, NC. There she managed and oversaw real estate assets located throughout the United States.
Keirstin holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Management from the University of Maryland. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Maryland.
