Tamara Cox is an Associate with Divaris Real Estate, specializing in the leasing and sale of retail, industrial (warehouse), and office properties throughout Northern Virginia and the surrounding Mid-Atlantic region. Licensed in Washington DC, Virginia and Maryland, Tamara works with investors, owners, and occupiers, providing strategic guidance across a wide range of commercial asset types. Originally from São Paulo, Brazil her multicultural background and fluency in both English and Portuguese allow her to effectively serve a diverse client base, including international investors.
Prior to joining Divaris, Tamara served as a commercial real estate agent with Renaud Consulting, where she focused on leasing and investment sales across multiple property sectors. Her experience includes working with retail shopping centers, industrial facilities and office buildings. Before transitioning into commercial real estate brokerage, Tamara built a foundation in business strategy and client advisory services, bringing a disciplined, analytical approach to every transaction.
Tamara holds a Master of Business Administration from The Washington University of Virginia and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas (FMU) in São Paulo, Brazil. She also completed coursework in Marketing and Branding as an exchange student at the University of the Virgin Islands.
