Neal Sadler is a Sales and Leasing Associate based in the Virginia Beach headquarters of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. With over 15 years of commercial real estate experience, Neal has leased or managed over 45 grocery anchored shopping centers throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. He specializes in tenant and landlord representation through leasing, sales, and acquisitions, and his tenant representation history spans from local mom & pops to internationally recognized retailers.
Prior to joining Divaris, Neal was Associate Broker and Vice President in the retail divisions of Jones Lang LaSelle (JLL) and S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. Neal’s focus during that time was to leverage his lifelong local geographical knowledge and extensive relationships to offer his unique services to landlords, retailers, and investors, through a targeted growth strategy.
