Dixon Car Wash LLC sold a 3,770 square foot building on .82 acres located at 1603 Dixon St. to Danford & Lakewood Holding LLC in Fredericksburg, VA for $700,000. Erik Ulsaker and Shadi Ayyoubi represented the seller.

Clover Vet leased 13,172 square feet of retail space in The Shoppes of North Stafford located at 25 Tech Parkway in Stafford, VA. Joe Farina represented the landlord.
