As a Property Manager for Divaris Real Estate, Inc., Jackie oversees a portfolio of office, retail, and mixed-use tenants at the Town Center of Virginia Beach. She is responsible for all aspects of property operations, including tenant relations, building maintenance, vendor contract negotiations, annual budget preparation, monthly financial reporting, and the planning and execution of capital improvement projects. She is committed to maintaining high operational standards, enhancing property value, and delivering exceptional service to tenants and ownership.
Prior to joining Divaris, Jackie built more than 15 years of commercial real estate management experience overseeing commercial, retail, industrial, and multifamily properties. Throughout her career, she has developed expertise in property operations, financial management, tenant relations, vendor oversight, budgeting, and capital improvement planning, consistently delivering operational excellence and maximizing asset performance across diverse property portfolios.
Jackie studied at Anne Arundel Community College where she received an associate’s degree in applied science.
