VIRGINIA BEACH, VA (March 29, 2021) — Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE) announces the promotion of several of its associates in the Sales and Leasing, Accounting, Lease Administration divisions of its Virginia Beach and Washington DC offices in recognition of excellent leadership and commitment to success.
The following individuals who were promoted include:
Julie Tullis, CPA was promoted to Director of Property Accounting. She joined Divaris in 2011. Her specialties include leading the accounting department with daily and monthly closings, acting as liaison for external auditors, ensuring GAAP compliance and monitoring internal controls. She is also a major player with both the lease administration team and property management team in regards to budgeting, reforecasting, and onboarding/offboarding clients. She holds a Master of Science in Accountancy from University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Christopher Newport University with a Leadership Studies minor.
David Bickford was promoted to Senior Vice President. He primarily focuses on the representation of industrial and retail landlords, landowners and tenants throughout Southeastern Virginia and Northeast North Carolina. He sold 135 acres of raw land to Sentera Hospitals and 35 acres to Vulcan Materials. He renewed several Food Lion Leases and pre-developed 150,000 square feet of the Tanglewood Pavilions Shopping Center in Elizabeth City, NC. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from East Carolina University.
Jason Oliver, CCIM was promoted to Senior Vice President. He advises local, regional and national investors, users and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of retail, office and industrial properties in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. His clients include national REITs, private investors and loan servicers. His other areas of specialization include financial analysis and evaluation of investment grade properties. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia.
Dave Redmond was promoted to Senior Vice President. He responsibilities include land sales, general brokerage, the leasing of retail space, and tenant representation. He has represented a diverse group of large clients, including landlords and property owners and has sold approximately $11 million in commercial real estate, including major land holdings in Elizabeth City, NC, Virginia Beach, VA; and Suffolk, VA’s Harbour View submarket. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of William and Mary.
Brandon Howard was promoted to Vice President. Brandon represents both retail and office tenants and landlords throughout the Greater Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. He is a member of the National Association for the Education of Young Children and the Maryland State Child Care Association. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Wonders Early Learning + Extended Day. Brandon holds a Juris Doctorate from Howard University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy Analysis from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Elizabeth Napolitano was promoted to Senior Associate. She specializes in office and retail leasing and sale services for both landlords and tenants throughout Virginia. She has been recognized multiple times for her young professional civic involvement and is currently a member of the CBDX and Generation MOCA. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Roanoke College.
Nicole Campbell was promoted to Senior Associate. She specializes in representing landlords in Hampton Roads to lease their vacant space to qualified tenants and increase their cash-flow. She is a member of the Development and Engagement Committees of the Hampton Roads Chamber. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Youngstown State University in Youngstown, OH.
Chris Saa was promoted to Senior Associate. He brings years of experience representing landlords and tenants on both a local and national level. His expertise is in the food service and restaurant industry where he had years of success working with both national and local concepts. Chris is a member of The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and a member of the Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce. He holds a real estate license in Virginia and Maryland.
Kelsey Preble was promoted to Senior Transaction Specialist. She supports the Office Leasing and Sales divisions throughout Hampton Roads. She is responsible for research and market data tracking, analytics and support with corporate-wide systems and procedures rollouts. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from St. Cloud State University of St. Cloud, MN.
Cindy Scully was promoted to Accountant, Treasury Specialist. She joined Divaris in 2018. She accounts and provides financial statements for a portfolio of clients including Armada Hoffler, Valley Forge Association, the Mahoney portfolio and several others. As Treasury Specialist, she will be collaborating various treasury functions within the Property Accounting team. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Clarion University, Clarion PA.
