VIRGINIA BEACH, VA (March 25, 2021) – Divaris Real Estate today announced that Levi Thomson will be promoted to the role of Executive Vice President. He joined Divaris in 2002 and his new appointment to the role comes as part of the realization of the long-term structural vision for the company.
Levi is based out of Divaris Real Estate, Inc.’s corporate office in Virginia Beach where for the past 18 years he has primarily focused on the representation of retail landlords and tenants throughout the Hampton Roads area of southeastern Virginia, as well portions of northeast North Carolina. Much of his recent work has focused on pre-leasing new retail developments ranging from freestanding, single-tenant sites to regional, multi-tenant power centers, selling undeveloped land, and locating sites for clients interested in purchasing, or ground leasing land for ground-up development.

Levi has won numerous performance awards, including the Power Broker Award from the CoStar Group for being ranked among Hampton Roads top brokers in retail leasing transaction volume. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Financial Management Major from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia.
