With Properties Located Across the U.S. Glazer Properties Sold The Villages at Kiln Creek Shopping Center to Raleigh-Based Liberty Investment Partners
Virginia Beach, Va. (November 30, 2022) – Divaris Real Estate’s Investment Sales Group represented Glazer Properties in the sale of The Villages at Kiln Creek, a 45,255 square-foot shopping center in Yorktown, Va, to Liberty Investment Partners.
Located at 119-209 Village Ave, The Villages at Kiln Creek is centrally located on the Peninsula between I-64 and Route 17. The fully-leased center is comprised of a complementary mix of retail and medical tenants, including Riverside Health System, Guitar Center and McCormick Paint. Located across the street from the center, the upscale Kiln Creek master-planned residential community is home to over 12,000 residents in Newport News and Yorktown.

Liberty Investment Partners has appointed Divaris Real Estate’s full-service firm to handle leasing and management at The Villages at Kiln Creek. This purchase is the firm’s second acquisition in Hampton Roads, the former being Riverfront Shoppes in Suffolk which was acquired in 2020.
Jason Oliver, Rachel Salasky and George Fox of Divaris Real Estate represented the seller. George Fox and Caroline Zarpas of Divaris Real Estate will handle leasing at the center.
