SCVB LLC sold Corporate Center IV, a 76,012 square-foot office building located at 4417 Corporation Lane in Virginia Beach to OSS Village Ave LLC. Jason Oliver and Vivian Turok represented the seller.
Kiln Creek York County VA LLC sold The Villages at Kiln Creek, a 45,255 square-foot shopping center located at 119-209 Village Ave. in Yorktown to Liberty Investment Partners LLC for $8.2 million. Jason Oliver, Rachel Salasky and George Fox represented the seller.
Limestone Ruby LLC sold a 5,689 square-foot former Ruby Tuesday on 1.38 acres of land located at 4066 Victory Blvd. in Portsmouth to JBMEnterprise LLC for $1,060,900. Levi Thomson represented the seller.
Craig S Staton sold a 4,214 square-foot investment property located 1 N Mallory St. in Hampton to Lewis Georges for $450,000. Missy Martinovich represented the seller.
