SALES

Mighty Meals Enterprises LLC purchased a 15,000 square-foot commercial unit for its new corporate headquarters. Purchased for $3 million, the building is located at 7669 Limestone Drive in Gainesville, Va. at Gateway Business Center. Chris Saa represented the buyer.

LEASES

Massey Enterprises Inc leased 2,171 square feet of office space in Reflections III located at 208 Golden Oak Court in Virginia Beach. Vivian Turok and Elizabeth Paasch represented the tenant and Brian Devlin represented the landlord.

Zero’s Subs leased 1,600 square feet of retail space in Salem Crossing Shopping Center located at 2029 South Lynnhaven Parkway in Virginia Beach. Kris Fuller and Levi Thomson represented the landlord.

Brunke & Company LLC leased 1,535 square feet of office space in Reflections I located at 2809 South Lynnhaven Road in Virginia Beach. Brian Devlin represented the landlord.

Edward Jones & Co leased 1,081 square feet of office space in Oceana Center One located at 484 Viking Drive in Virginia Beach. Brian Devlin represented the landlord.

The Digital Realtor LLC leased 919 square feet of retail space in Riverfront Shoppes located at 5911 Harbour View Boulevard in Suffolk. George Fox and Caroline Zarpas represented the landlord.

LEASE RENEWALS

Little Creek Service Center renewed its lease for 10,000 square feet of retail space in Diamond Springs North located at 1948 Diamond Springs Road in Virginia Beach. Kris Fuller and George Fox represented the landlord.

Tactical Electronics & Military Supply LLC renewed its lease for 5,833 square feet of retail space in Crusader Circle located at 2844 Crusader Circle in Virginia Beach. Dave Redmond represented the tenant.

Bath & Body Works LLC renewed its lease for 2,800 square feet of retail space in Parkridge Center located at 10900-11270 Bulloch Drive in Manassas. Joe Farina and Chris Saa represented the landlord.

Pho Dalat renewed its lease for 1,500 square feet of retail space in Crossways Shopping Center located at 836 Eden Way North in Chesapeake. Dave Redmond represented the landlord.
