Q&L Realty purchased a 34,705-square-foot retail center in South Park Square Shopping Center at 1829-1865 Southpark Blvd. in Colonial Heights for $5.45 million from Colonial Heights Land Associates Limited Partnership. John Madures represented the buyer in this transaction.
102 N Mallory Partners, LLC purchased a 13,665-square-foot retail building at 102 N Mallory St. in Hampton for $650,000 from Hampton Diversified Holdings Two, LLC. Missy Martinovich represented both the buyer and seller in this transaction.

C & F Enterprises, Inc. leased 103,795 square feet of retail space located at 3612 La Grange Pkwy., in Toano. David Bickford represented the landlord in the transaction.
Wells Fargo Advisors leased 15,199 square feet of office space in Reflections III located at 208 Golden Oak Ct., in Virginia Beach. Brian Devlin represented the landlord in this transaction.
Firefly Scenic Studio, LLC leased 2,450 square feet of industrial space in The Byrd Center located at 5729 Charles City Circle, in Richmond. Dawn Calabrese represented the tenant in this transaction.
Mid Atlantic Wings, LLC (Wingstop) leased 1,125 square feet of retail space in Lynnhaven Square at 2077-2085 Lynnhaven Pkwy in Virginia Beach. George Fox and Kris Fuller represented the landlord, and Levi Thomson represented the tenant in this transaction.
