VIRGINIA BEACH, VA (March 24, 2021) – Divaris Real Estate today announced that Krista Costa will be promoted to the role of Executive Vice President. She joined Divaris in 2001 and her new appointment to the role comes as part of the realization of the long-term structural vision for the company.
Krista represents both office tenants and property owners throughout the Southeastern Virginia market. She currently leases a portfolio of over 1,000,000 square feet of office space in Hampton Roads with owners ranging from REITs to individual local developers. This portfolio consists of large blocks of Class A office space centrally located in the Town Center of Virginia Beach and Class B and C office in suburban areas of southeastern Virginia. Krista also works with office tenants to assist with their real estate needs. She represents both buyers and sellers in the acquisition and/or disposition of office and freestanding retail buildings throughout the market.

Krista holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, where she double majored in Finance and International Business.
