Lease Transactions
Meineke Autobody leased 13,265 square feet of retail space located at 2910 Freedom Drive in Charlotte. Charles Neil represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. The property is a former Sign & Drive Servicing Center.
Uptown Christ Covenant Church renewed its lease for 22,592 square feet of commercial space located at 926 Elizabeth Ave. in Charlotte. Charles Neil represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
