Military Crossing is a 192,000-square-foot shopping center located at 5957 Virginia Beach Boulevard in Norfolk, Va. The Ollie’s Bargain Outlet and Dollar General-anchored center is strategically situated in a regional location with easy access to Interstates 64 and 264. Military Crossing provides retailers with the best value in Norfolk’s dominant retail corridor at rental rates below the surrounding competition including JANAF and Military Circle Mall. Junior anchor and restaurant spaces are available. Surrounding retailers include Costco, T.J. Maxx, Ross Dress for Less, and Walmart. George Fox and Caroline Zarpas are leasing agents for the property.
Williamsburg Crossing is a 150,000-square-foot neighborhood shopping center located at 5235 John Tyler Highway in Williamsburg, Va. This Food Lion-anchored center includes an attractive mix of popular national, regional and local retailers like Taco Bell, Subway, Anytime Fitness, Burn Boot Camp and Papa John’s. Leasing of Williamsburg Crossing is handled by George Fox, Kristopher Fuller and Caroline Zarpas.
Newport Marketplace is a 39,240-square-foot shopping center located at 315-321 Chatham Drive in Newport News’s Patrick Henry submarket at the nexus of Interstate 64 and Jefferson Ave. Newport Marketplace is shadow anchored by Walmart, Sam’s Club, Home Depot, and Lowes.
