Bakers Wife Bistro leased 2,786 square feet of retail space located at the Divaris-leased 1 East Mellen St. in Hampton. Missy Martinovich represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Exceed Life Church leased 2,700 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Larkspur Square located at 4724-4726 Princess Anne Road in Virginia Beach.  Elizabeth Paasch represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Commonwealth Vascular Institute leased 2,610 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased Harbour Breeze Professional Center located at 1500 – 1540 Breezeport Way in Suffolk.  Krista Costa and Nicole Campbell represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Hatch Nail Bar leased 2,200 square feet of retail spaced located at 5885 Harbour View Blvd. in Suffolk, Va.  Aeri Jai represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.

Firehouse Coffee leased 1,875 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Fort Monroe Building 24 located at 1 Ruckman Road in Fort Monroe, Va.  Elizabeth Napolitano represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Tropical Smoothie leased 1,647 square feet of retail space in Divaris-leased Tanglewood Pavilions located at 3855 Conlon Way in Elizabeth City, North Carolina.  David Bickford represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.  Other tenants in Tanglewood Pavilions include Hobby Lobby, Ross Dress for Less, T.J. Maxx, Rack Room Shoes, Zaxby’s, Dollar Tree, rue21 and Cato.

The Joint Chiropractic leased 1,440 square feet of retail space in Landstown Place located at 1909-1933 Landstown Centre Way in Virginia Beach.  Elizabeth Napolitano represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.

Costa Designs leased 1,300 square feet of office space located at 817 Virginia Beach Blvd. in Virginia Beach.  Krista Costa and Nicole Campbell represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.

Kaufman and Canoles P.C. rewed its lease for 2,240 square feet of office space in Divaris-leased and -managed Lake Center 1 located at 501 Independence Parkway in Chesapeake.  Brian Devlin represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Tops China rewed its lease for 1,260 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Victory Crossing located at 4000 Victory Blvd. in Portsmouth. George Fox represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.  Tenants in the Farm Fresh-anchored Victory Crossing includes Ashley Stewart, Rent-A-Center, SunTrust, UPS Store, Zero’s Subs, Metro PCS and Albano Cleaners.

HUTCO renewed its lease for 880 square feet of office space in Technology Center located at 813 Diligence Drive in Newport News.   Karen Beale, SIOR represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
