Sales Transaction
Frontier Kitchen, LLC purchased the 11,854-square-foot office-flex condominium suite located at 25387 Pleasant Valley Road in Chantilly, Va. from Wyss Real Estate Holdings, LLC for $2,225,000. Chris Saa represented the buyer in the negotiations.
Lease Transactions
Casa Ruby Inc. leased 3,620 square feet of retail space located at 1635 Connecticut Ave., NW in Washington D.C. Robert Gray and Joe Farina represented the landlord in the negotiations.
eKuber subleased 2,752 square feet of office space located at 8150 Leesburg Pike in Vienna, Va. Charlie Webb represented the landlord in the negotiations.
Casa Ruby Inc. leased 2,274 square feet of retail space located at 2031-2033 Florida Ave., NW, in Washington, D.C. Robert Gray and Joe Farina represented the landlord in the negotiations.
uBreakiFix leased 1,513 square feet of retail space in Rhode Island Row located at 2301 Washington Place, NE in Washington, D.C. Brandon Howard and Charlie Webb represented the tenant in the negotiations.
Rebecca’s Hair Braiding leased 1,312 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Gaitherstowne Plaza located at 206-300 North Frederick Ave. in Gaithersburg, Md. Joe Farina and Cassandra Sullivan represented the landlord in the negotiations. Other tenants in Gaitherstowne Plaza include Gabe’s, Auto Zone, iHOP, Gaithersburg Animal Hospital, Sherwin Williams, The Vitamin Shoppe, and Domino’s Pizza.
Evolution Physical Therapy leased 1,058 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Highlands at Clarksburg located at 23207 Stringtown Road in Clarksburg, Md. Robert Gray and Tony Thur represented the landlord in the negotiations. Other tenants in Highlands at Clarksburg include Epic Pharmacy, UPS Store, Kumon Learning, Subway and Allstate.
My Chiropractic Doctor Clinic leased 1,043 square feet of office space located at 8133 Leesburg Pike in Tysons Corner Va. Charlie Webb represented the tenant in the negotiations.
