Riverside Health System leased 34,103 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased freestanding property located at 369 Chatham Drive in Newport News.  George Fox and Caroline Zarpas represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Center Stage Dance leased 4,000 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Fairfield Shopping Center located at 5242 Fairfield Shopping Center in Virginia Beach.  Kris Fuller and George Fox represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.   Other tenants in the Food Lion-anchored Fairfield include T.J.Maxx, Rite Aid and Taylor’s Do It.

Wisconsin Physicians Service Insurance Corporation leased 3,170 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Lakefront Plaza located at 21 Enterprise Parkway in Hampton.  Nicole Campbell and Brian Devlin represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

T-Mobile leased 2,500 square feet of retail space in Emporia Marketplace located at 212 E Cloverleaf Drive in Emporia, Va.   Erica Rorrer represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.

Nothing Bundt Cakes leased 2,030 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Haygood Shopping Center located at 1021 Independence Blvd Virginia Beach.  George Fox and Kris Fuller represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.   The Harris Teeter and Marshall’s anchored community center is home to national retailers including Chick Fil A, Marshall’s, Rite Aid, and Dollar Tree.

Green Expert Technology leased 1,455 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed One Columbus Center 283 Constitution Drive in Virginia Beach.  Krista Costa, Vivian Turok and Michael Divaris represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Great Clips leased 1,200 square feet of retail space located at 7813 Shore Drive in Norfolk.  George Fox represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Scratch Bakery leased 570 square feet of retail space located at 36 East Mellen St. in Hampton.  Missy Martinovich represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Lease Renewals

US Remodeleres, Inc. renewed its lease for 8,058 square feet of industrial space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Airport Business Center located at 1457 Miller Store Road in Virginia Beach.   Brian Devlin represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

MOI, Inc. renewed its lease for 4,152 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Two Columbus Center located at 4500 Main St. in Virginia Beach.  Krista Costa and Nicole Campbell represented the tenant while Vivian Turok and Michael Divaris represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

EA Engineering, Science, and Technology, Inc. PBC renewed its lease for 2,079 square feet of office space located at 4429 Bonney Road in Virginia Beach.  Krista Costa and Nicole Campbell represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.

Dr. Pal renewed its lease for 1,850 square feet of office space located at 4356 Bonney Road in Virginia Beach.  Krista Costa and Nicole Campbell represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Thor Solutions Technology renewed its lease for 1,658 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed One Columbs Center 283 Constitution Drive in Virginia Beach.  Krista Costa, Vivian Turok and Michael Divaris represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Ichiban Grill renewed its lease for 1,200 square feet and expanded its space by 1,200 for 2,400 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Parkway Centre located at 366 Veterans Parkway North in Moultrie, GA.  Gerald Divaris represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

ProModel Corporation expanded its premises by 1,089 square feet of office space in Pinehurst Centre 477 Viking Drive in Virginia Beach.  Krista Costa and Nicole Campbell represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.

Southeast Church of Christ renewed its lease for 379 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Fort Monroe – Building 268 located at 102 Pratt St. in Hampton.  Elizabeth Napolitano represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
