Acton Academy of Hampton Roads leased 3,120 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased Village Commons located at 620 Village Drive in Virginia Beach.  Nicole Campbell and Krista Costa represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Cole Academy leased 2,125 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Foxfire Center located at 2401 Seaboard Road in Virginia Beach.  Elizabeth Paasch represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Full Circle Financial Group leased 1,450 square feet of Divaris-leased office space located at 582 Lynnhaven Parkway in Virginia Beach.  Elizabeth Napolitano and Elizabeth Paasch represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

State Farm leased 1,200 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Las Gaviotas Shopping Center located at 1245 Cedar Road in Chesapeake, Va.  Caroline Zarpas and George Fox represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.  Other tenants in the Food Lion-anchored Las Gaviotas include: Domino’s Pizza, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Fitness 19 and Albano Cleaners.

YNot Italian leased 1,200 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Independent Plaza Shopping Center located at 1115 Independence Blvd. in Virginia Beach. Elizabeth Paasch and Elizabeth Napolitano represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Celli’s Chocolate Chips leased 1,011 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Courthouse Commons located at 5231 Monticello Ave. in Williamsburg, Va.  Kris Fuller and George Fox represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.  Other tenants in the Fresh Market-anchored Courthouse Commons include Pure Barre, Great Clips, Starbucks, AT&T and Massage Luxe.

Lease Renewals

Ledger Capital renewed its lease for 1,182 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Lake Center II located at 505 Independence Pkwy in Chesapeake, Va.  Brian Devlin represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

The Key Shack renewed its lease for 300 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed East Beach Marketplace located at 4027 E Little Creek Road in Norfolk.  Kris Fuller and George Fox represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.  Additional tenants in the Food Lion-anchored center include Sushi King, Planet Fitness, Family Dollar, Bon Secours, Papa John’s, Starbucks, Jimmy John’s, Dirty Buffalo, Domino’s, Tropical Smoothie, H&R Block and Cricket Wireless.
