VIRGINIA BEACH, VA (February 8, 2021) — Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE) announces the completion of seven transactions totaling 47,277 square feet of new leased or renewed commercial transactions throughout Hampton Roads, Virginia.
Lease Transactions
Taco Bell leased 23,522 square feet (.54 of an acre) of land on an outparcel of Mt. Pleasant Marketplace located at 1464 Mount Pleasant Road in Chesapeake. Levi Thomson represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
Dollar Tree leased 11,288 square feet of retail space in the former Rite Aid store located at 2749 South Independence Blvd. in Virginia Beach. Levi Thomson represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
Henderson Financial Group leased 1,658 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed One Columbus Center located at 283 Constitution Drive in the Town Center of Virginia Beach. Brian Devlin and Nicole Campbell represented the tenant while Krista Costa, Michael Divaris and Vivian Turok represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
Jersey Mikes leased 1,243 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Lightfoot Marketplace located at 6485 Centerville Road in Williamsburg. Kris Fuller and George Fox represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Lightfoot Marketplace is anchored by Harris Teeter and CHKD Pediatric Medical Center, with other tenants including Panera, Heartland Dental, Velocity Urgent Care and Valvoline.
Greater Potomac Mortgage leased 1,000 square feet of office space located at 837 First Colonial Road in Virginia Beach. Krista Costa and Nicole Campbell represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
Baker’s Wife Bistro leased 570 square feet of retail space located at 36 E Mellen St. in Hampton. Missy Martinovich represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
Lease Renewal
First Care Collaborative expanded and renewed its lease for 7,996 square feet of office space in Poplar Hill Professional Center located at 4037 Taylor Road in Chesapeake. Elizabeth Napolitano represented the tenant while Nicole Campbell represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
