TYSONS CORNER, VA (January 29, 2021) — Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of three transactions totaling 8,816 square feet of leased commercial space in the greater metropolitan Washington, DC area.
Lease Transactions
Fukuda Fitness leased 3,440 square feet of retail space in Pinecrest Plaza located at 6548 Little River Turnpike in Alexandria. Robert Gray and Tony Thur represent the tenant in the lease negotiations.
Kit Check leased 3,000 square feet of retail space located at 1800 Duke Street in Alexandria. Cassandra Sullivan represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
Chili On Top leased 2,376 square feet of retail space in Dillingham Square located at 12531 Dillingham Square in Lake Ridge, Va. Joe Farina and Cassandra Sullivan represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
