Lease Transactions
Tahzoo leased 6,460 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased Handcraft Building located at 1501 Roseneath Road in Richmond. Cheryle Toy and Read Goode represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
Foot Locker leased 5,462 square feet of retail space located at 1515 West Broad St. in Richmond. Erica Rorrer and Ali McCrickard represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Rorrer and McCrickard represent Foot Locker in its search for new sites throughout Hampton Roads and Richmond. The sportswear/footwear retailer is relocating into traditional shopping centers and is aggressively seeking new sites throughout the Richmond metropolitan area.
Health Educators leased 5,453 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased Parham East Office Park located at 2201 East Parham Road in Richmond. John Madures represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
Cary Bowen, Esquire law firm leased 2,698 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased Landmark Office Park located at 8716 Landmark Road in Henrico, Va. John Madures represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
Virginia National Bank leased 2,540 square feet of Divaris-leased office space located at 1401 Roseneath Road in Richmond. Read Goode and Cheryle Toy represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
Starbucks leased 2,490 square feet of retail space in Libbie Mill-Midtown located at 2363 Roux St. in Richmond. The Richmond office of Divaris Real Estate represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
Game City leased 2,200 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased space located at 2320 Oaklawn Blvd. in Hopewell, Va. John Madures represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Domino’s Pizza is another tenant in the property.
Medical Transport Co. leased 2,115 square feet of Divaris-leased office space located at 314 Exchange Alley in Petersburg, Va. John Madures represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
Reverend Derrick Fontenot, Sr. leased 1,000 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased South Crater Road Plaza located at 2733 South Crater Road in Petersburg. John Madures represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Food Lion anchors South Crater Road Plaza.

Dollar General renewed its lease for 7,800 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Village Commons located at 20825 Woodpecker Road in South Chesterfield, Va. Cheryle Toy represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
Telesense renewed its lease for 2,000 square feet of retail space located at 130 East Belt Blvd. in Richmond. John Madures represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
