RICHMOND, VA (February 19, 2020) — Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of seven transactions totaling 12,316 square feet of sold and leased commercial properties in Central Virginia.

Sales Transaction

ERNI Realty, Inc.  sold a 1.79-acre parcel of land located at 2201 Westwood Ave. in Richmond to an undisclosed buyer for $1,750,000.  Read Goode and Cheryle Toy represented the buyer in the transaction.   The site of the former Virginia Blood Bank and ERNI Electronics, 2201 Westwood Ave. is adjacent to burgeoning Scott’s Addition neighborhood at the intersection of three major interstates I-195, I-95 and I-64.

Lease Transactions

First Watch Restaurant leased 3,795 square feet of retail space in Ironwill Centre located at 9949 Iron Bridge Road in Chesterfield, Va.   The Richmond office of DRE represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Starbucks leased 2,513 square feet of retail space in Ironwill Centre located at 9949 Iron Bridge Road in Chesterfield, Va.  The Richmond office of DRE represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Belt Auto Sales leased 2,000 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased property located at 130 East Belt Blvd. in Richmond.  John Madures represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Paisley Kate’s Boutique leased 1,500 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Woodlake Commons located at 6904 Woodlake Commons Loop in Midlothian, Va.   Sara Goodall, Laikyn Severson and Madeleine Alderman represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.   The women’s clothing boutique joins Virginia ABC store, Shogun Japanese, Allstate, Burn Boot Camp, Chesterfield County Police and Fest restaurant in Woodlake Commons.

Mangas Mini Treats leased 1,308 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Victorian Square located at 10837 Hull St. in Midlothian.  John Madures represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.  The bakery joins Ashley Furniture, Dollar Tree and Gabe’s in Victorian Square shopping center.

Bubba’s Shrimp Shack leased 1,200 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased White Oak Village located at 1850 Tappahannock Village in Tappahannock, VA.  Sara Goodall and Laikyn Severson represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.  Other tenants in White Oak Village include:  Food Lion, Family Dollar, Walgreens, H&R Block, Domino’s, Subway and State Farm.
