Lease Renewals
Cherry Bekaert renewed its lease for 17,194 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Armada Hoffler Tower located at 222 Central Park Ave. in the Town Center of Virginia Beach. Michael Divaris, Vivian Turok and Krista Costa represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
First Command renewed its lease for 3,426 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased Windwood Centre located at 780 Lynnhaven Parkway in Virginia Beach. Vivian Turok and Elizabeth Paasch represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
Color Splash Hair Studio renewed its lease for 1,760 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Boulevard Shops located at 920 South Battlefield Blvd. in Chesapeake, Va. Elizabeth Paasch represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. With this lease Color Splash will relocate to a new space within Boulevard Shops.

Nurturing Minds of Value leased 2,755 square feet of office space located at 722 Miller St. in Norfolk. Nicole Campbell represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
Alcova Mortgage leased 2,045 square feet of office space in the South Lynnhaven Office Building located at 512 South Lynnhaven Road in Virginia Beach. Krista Costa and Nicole Campbell represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
Ntegra IT leased 1,978 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Beach Municipal Federal Credit Union office building located at 4164 Virginia Beach Blvd. in Virginia Beach. Elizabeth Paasch represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
Skin Goals Local leased 1,750 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Boulevard Shops located at 920 South Battlefield Blvd. in Chesapeake, Va. Elizabeth Paasch represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
Matrix Accounting Solutions leased 1,172 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Beach Municipal Federal Credit Union office building located at 4164 Virginia Beach Blvd. in Virginia Beach. Elizabeth Paasch represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
Harbour View Technologies leased 800 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Academy Crossing Shopping Center located at 3242 Academy Ave. in Portsmouth, Va. David Bickford represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in Academy Crossing include: Leslie’s Pool Supplies, MoMac Brewing Company, Lab Corp, Humanity Healthcare Services and CosmoProf.
