RICHMOND, VA (November 2, 2020) — Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE) announces the completion of six transactions totaling 100,358 square feet of sold, new or renewed commercial transactions throughout Central Virginia.
Sales Transactions
Auerbach-Parc Short Pump LLC purchased the 80,289-square-foot Parc Place at Short Pump shopping center located at 11736-11740 West Broad Street in Richmond from London Reo Retail-VA, LLC for $10,800,000. Loretta Cataldi and Sara Goodall represented the buyer in the transaction. Tenants in Parc Place at Short Pump include Dollar Tree, Petsmart, Anytime Fitness, DXL Big + Tall, LensCrafters and Sport Clips Haircuts.
1702 Belleville, LLC sold 15,000 square feet of retail space located at 1702 Belleville St. in Richmond to BRG Scott’s Edge OZ, LLC for $1,400,000. Read Goode and Cheryle Toy represented the seller in the negotiations.
Diversified Development Investments, LLC purchased .95 acres of land located at1210 Koger Center Blvd. in Richmond from Woodland Real Estate, LLC for $625,000. Cheryle Toy and Read Goode represented the buyer in the negotiations. The land is a Costco outparcel that will be used to develop a Popeye’s fast-food restaurant.
Lease Transactions
Bo Xue leased 1,405 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased James River Petroleum Building located at 10487 Lakeridge Parkway in Ashland, Va. Madeleine Alderman represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
Lisa Ramsay Dean leased 975 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased South Crater Road Plaza located at 2733 South Crater Road in Petersburg, Va. John Madures represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
Lease Renewal
Honey Baked Ham renewed its lease for 2,689 square feet of retail space in Towne Center West located at 200 Towne Center West Blvd. in Henrico, Va. Ali McCrickard and Brett McNamee represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
