RICHMOND, VA (February 16, 2021) — Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of six transactions totaling 15,547 square feet of commercial properties sold or leased in Central Virginia.
Sales Transaction
MediCorp Properties, Inc. sold 2.122 acres of land located at 318-322 Ashcake Road in Ashland, Va. for $195,000 to Nayar Healthcare, LLC. Read Goode represented the seller in the transaction.
Lease Renewals
Ruth’s Chris Steak House renewed its lease for 9,205 square feet of retail space The Shoppes at Bellgrade located at 3011-3099 Polo Parkway in Midlothian. Brett McNamee and Ali McCrickard represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
Blue Raven Solar renewed its lease for 2,305 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Fountain Park located at 9321 – 9327 Midlothian Turnpike in Midlothian. Madeleine Alderman and Jimmy Cunneen represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
Lease Transactions
Chetan J. Patel leased 2,300 square feet of retail space located at 4721 Walmsley Blvd. in Richmond. John Madures represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Little Caesars and Metro PCS are tenants at 4721 Walmsley Boulevard.
Veronica Olea Mendoza leased 900 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased White Oak Village located at 1838 – 1856 Tappahannock Blvd. in Tappahannock, Va. Sara Goodall represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Tenants in White Oak Village include Food Lion, Family Dollar, H&R Block, Domino’s, Subway, Walgreens, Bubba’s Shrimp Shack and more.
Colonial Webb Contractors Company leased 837 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased Chesterman Place located at 100 West Franklin St. in Richmond. Brett McNamee and Ali McCrickard represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
