TYSONS CORNER, VA (February 15, 2021) — Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of four transactions totaling 48,361 square feet of leased commercial space in the greater metropolitan Washington, DC area.

PNC Bank sold the 3,750-square-foot former bank facility located at 236 North Washington St. in Havre De Grace, Md. to FLK INVESTMENTS, LLC for $545,000.  Amit Grover and Joe Farina represented the seller in the transaction.

Lease Transactions

AutoZone leased 29,551 square feet of retail space on an outparcel pad site with drive-thru in the Divaris-leased Ashburn Town Square located at 43931 Farmwell Hunt Plaza in Ashburn Va.  Joe Farina and Amit Grover represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.  Anchored by Lotte Market and CVS, Ashburn Town Square boasts a diversified tenant roster including popular dining choices, along with local and national specialty shops including Fantastic Sams and GNC.  Outparcels at Ashburn Town Square include Exxon, KFC, Taco Bell, Capital One, M&T Bank and Jiffy Lube.

Spin Pollo leased 2,081 square feet of retail space in in the Divaris-leased Kingstowne Towne Center located at 5942 Kingstowne Towne Center in Alexandria, Va.   Brandon Howard and Joe Farina represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.   Safeway, HomeGoods and T.J.Maxx anchor Kingstowne Towne Center that also has World Market, Pizzeria Uno, Macaroni Grill, Mattress Firm, Chipotle, Sweet Frog, GameStop, Five Below, Century 21, Panera, CAVA and Virginia ABC Store as tenants.

MoCo Nutrition leased 1,029 square feet of retail space in Century Boulevard Plaza 19851-19861 Century Blvd. in Germantown, Md.  Tony Thur represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
