RICHMOND, VA (March 16, 2020) — Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of six transactions totaling 20,449 square feet of new and renewed leased commercial properties in Central Virginia.
Lease Renewal
Total Wine renewed its lease for 12,000 square feet of retail space in Robious Hall Shopping Center located at 10064 Robious Road in Bon Air, Virginia. Brett McNamee represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. McNamee represents Total Wine in its search for new sites throughout Virginia. Other tenants in Robious Hall include Planet Fitness, Care More Medical Group, SalonCentric and Laundry Land.
Lease Transactions
Gaia, LLC leased 2,459 square feet of office space located at 1108 East Main Street in Richmond. Madeleine Alderman represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
Chipotle Mexican Grill leased 2,239 square feet of retail space in Ironwill Centre located at 9801 Iron Bridge Road in Chesterfield, Va. The Richmond office of Divaris Real Estate represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
Groundgame Innovations leased 1,400 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased property located at 3507 Boulevard in Colonial Heights, Va. Laikyn Severson represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. With the signing of this lease, the property is now fully occupied.
Eugene J. Seitz leased 1,357 square feet of retail space located at 7 South 10th St. in Richmond. Laikyn Severson represented the landlord in the lease neogitations. Seitz will operate a weekly breakfast and lunch restaurant from the space. The name for the business is yet to be determined.
George W. Jones Company leased 994 square feet of office space in the Landmark Office Center located at 8754 Landmark Road in Richmond. John Madures represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
