Lease Renewal
Inner Strength Pilates renewed its lease for 3,687 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Harper Hill Commons located at 4983 Martin View Lane in Winston-Salem, NC. Charles Neil represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in the Harris Teeter-anchored shopping center including 9 Round, Catha Karate, Score More Sports, 18 Malaysia, 9 Round, State Farm Insurance and Elegant Tresses.
Lease Transactions
The Bronze Bar leased 1,309 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Providence Plaza located at 2935 Providence Road in Charlotte. Charles Neil represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. The organic tanning and bronzing salon joins other tenants in Providence Plaza including Mezzanote, Metropolitan Ballroom, Chipotle, The Little Gym, Aqua Tots, Flywheel Sports, Secret Chocolatier, and Edward Jones.
Swivel Barber Shop leased 1,174 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Wendover Village located at 4203 West Wendover Ave. in Greensboro, NC. Charles Neil and Logan Winslow represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in Wendover Village include FedEx Office, T.J.Maxx, Bed Bath & Beyond, Golf Galaxy, Petco, Five Below, Wingstop, GameStop, Noodles & Co and Moe’s Southwest Grill.
