With a proven track record, he has successfully sold and leased properties totaling almost $100 million. Bakh’s foremost goal is to add value by constantly refining concepts and methods to help his clients gain a competitive advantage in the marketplace.

Bakh is the Founder of Central Asia Consulting (CAC) and has over 25 years of experience in various consulting roles with esteemed organizations such as The World Bank, Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN), United Nations Development Program (UNDP), and the US State Department. Before joining Divaris, Bakh worked with Long and Foster Commercial Division for 8 years, and was responsible for commercial transactions.
